We will present a detailed term sheet that will include the following:

  • Proposed value of practice
  • Amount VPP will pay for its ownership
  • Your employment contract
  • Building lease
  • Other key provisions

Due Diligence & Contract Negotiation

Once we sign the term sheet, we will begin to move forward with:

  • A detailed review of practice financial and business documents
  • Drafting and negotiation of legal documents defining partnership
  • Negotiation of employment agreements for you and key employees
  • Finalization of all terms and provisions of the new partnership

  • Sign all legal documents
  • VPP transfers money to you for the shares you’re selling

  • VPP leadership team announces transaction at clinic
  • VPP transitions all back office financial and HR functions
