Veterinary Practice Partners’ (VPP) goal is to empower veterinarians to deliver the highest quality care for their patients while VPP provides the administrative support needed to make practices both a clinical and financial success.
Today, most veterinary practices are either owned 100% by veterinarians or 100% by corporate groups. This approach has led to a distrust of corporate buyers by many veterinarians. VPP’s team has direct experience with the partnership model in human healthcare where business executives and doctors jointly manage thriving high quality and financially successful healthcare facilities.
Partnerships require trust, mutual respect and honest communication. We do not want to come in and take over a practice. We work as partners: we lead the business side, veterinarians lead the clinical side. Partners make decisions together and share profits together.
